ENS signs the Mental Health Charter

Energy Network Services are pleased to confirm that we have signed the Building Better Mental Health Charter to demonstrate our ongoing commitment to our employees and the wider construction industry community.

We will :

• encourage our workforce to talk about mental health matters.
• foster an attitude of acceptance and education.
• deliver toolbox talks that include mental health discussions.
• train our employees to identify the signs of mental health issues in ourselves and our colleagues.
• ensure that we address the causes of workplace stress and the techniques to combat them.
• provide information and support to employees on the resources and services available.
